GLPA Show Kit: Hercules & Other Super Hero Stars

Program Description:

What better way to learn about the rainbow of stars than from the stars in the sky? Watch Hercules and other constellations come alive to show how stars work, the difference between red and blue stars, and all the spectacular stellar features up above. Target audience grades 1-4.

Credits:  This show kit was produced and donated by the former Minneapolis Planetarium, and digitized by the staff and students of the Southwest Minnesota State University Planetarium.

Technical Description:

This show kit includes 167 scanned slides (some clean-up may be required), the soundtrack as a WAV file, and the script, on a CD-ROM. Show length is 33 minutes. The kit does not include video clips that may be suggested in the script. Total of digital files = 1 GB.

Cost:

This program is available as a digital package on DVD-ROM only.  Price:  $25   (Non-members add the 10% fee.)
