2. Complete the form below (you can TAB from one field to another, but do not press Return)
3. Click "submit" once at the bottom of the form
4. If you don't hear back from the slide bank curator within 1 or 2 weeks, please send an e-mail to inquire.

Instructions: Selections from over 2000 slides in the slide bank may be scanned and emailed to you free of charge with no minimum order. This service is provided as a benefit of membership. Images are scanned (as time permits) on a Nikon LS-1000 film scanner with a maximum resolution of 2700 dpi. Images can be provided as JPEG, PSD, or TIFF format. If JPEG, please specify quality. Please allow several weeks for delivery.
