GLPA Vendors Information 2011

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Great Lakes Planetarium Association as a sponsor/vendor. Use the links below to browse our policies and procedures for membership an conference registration.

To register online (you'll have the option to pay via credit card or send in a check):

  1. Log into the web site on the GLPA home page. If you are a current GLPA member, you should have received an email with your user name and password. Usernames are "firstlast", such as "johnsmith". New members can click "Create New Account" on the GLPA home page. If you forget your password, click "Request New Password" on the home page.
  2. Sign-up/Renew your GLPA Membership on the Online Vendor Membership form. All vendors attending the conference are required to sign up as GLPA vendor members or renew their current GLPA membership.
  3. Register for the Conference by filling out the Online Registration Form. If you choose to attend a workshop, please check the workshop descriptions before registering.
  4. If you would like to present a paper or poster, fill out the Paper Submission Form, or the Poster Submission Form, if you would like to share your experience with your colleagues.
  5. If you wish to register at the conference hotel (Holiday Inn & Conference Center), please call the hotel at (217) 328-7900 and use the group code “GLP” to make your reservation. If you’d like lodging alternatives, please contact conference host Dave Leake at dleake@parkland.edu.

To send in paper registration forms:

  1. Download and print the PDF file above which contains the entire conference packet.
  2. Follow the instructions included in the packet to fill out the forms.
  3. Send your forms and check to the conference host as specified in the packet.
